What is Ten Four Fit?

Ten Four Fit Fitness

Ten Four Fit Fitness Studio is a boutique fitness facility designed to work personally with each individual to help them reach their fitness goals. Due to the impact of Covid-19 in 2020 I decided to close the brick-and-mortar studio in Palos Heights and keep teaching fitness virtually through the online platform Zoom. However in 2026 we are at a new location in LaGrange Park. Ten Four Fit is a fitness program that combines Pilates, Yoga, Cardio or H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training), Strength Training, and Core Strengthening in one session, with proper rest given between each interval. Every session is different, so you will never repeat a workout. All levels are welcome since exercises can be modified based on individual fitness levels.  Zoom classes are still available, providing privatized, safe, and efficient full body workouts in a friendly fitness community. Download the zoom app and be ready to get sweaty in the comfort of your own home. Home fitness equipment such as dumbbells are highly recommended but not required. Otherwise book your session today and come to the newly renovated Pilates Studio in LaGrange Park.

Ten Four Fit Program Design

A boutique Pilates Studio specializing in classical Pilates. Containing 3 reformers to focus on individuals in a private and comfortable setting. Mat Pilates classes are also offered at various times. 


Virtual Ten Four Fit program design is 10 minutes of Pilates, 10 minutes cardio, and 10 minutes strength training combined in all different ways to create one kick ass 20-minute workout! Every workout is different, and modifications are always welcome.

Affordable personal training for the average person

Pilates is a niche word that people throw around. However, Classical Pilates the way Joseph Pilates intended it, focuses on building core strength, flexibility, and mind body connection through a structured, flow-based sequence. Here at Ten Four Fit, you will learn "Contrology" and all the benefits Pilates has to offer you!  


In the virtual space I offer more classes to help guide and grasp the concept of Pilates while intertwined with weight training. Hiring a personal trainer along with having a gym membership can be expensive. Ten Four Fit was created to combine multiple fitness modalities into one workout. Virtual Ten Four Fit was created to combine all my favorite workouts into one session. Virtual Ten Four Fit sessions are a half hour workout at an affordable price. People are able to train comfortably at home and receive the proper guidance personal training provides. Most gyms charge anywhere from $110-$150 per session, however Ten Four Fit virtual fitness sessions cost $10 per half hour and you never have to leave your home!
